Shadow Puppetry

Shadow puppetry is a two-thousand-year-old folk art long practiced by puppet masters and storytellers, often from the East. This project aims to preserve the art of shadow puppetry, highlighting the beauty of alternative storytelling through roleplay augmented with technology. It is intended to be developed further for a more gestural control (possibly with the Leap Motion); allowing multi-player performances, as shadow puppet shows are often completed with multiple masters. This is an exploration in color tracking through the webcam in Processing.
