In PwC mergers and acquisitions deals, tax professionals use multiple applications to access the documentation or tools needed to perform due diligence work and identifying risks.

Access to research resources and workflows is decentralized and discombobulated.

The challenge is to create a MVP product to empower tax professionals to better evaluate target data and identify risks.
Outcomes

1. Improved documentation of research processes for quality and risk management purposes.

2. Development of staff through guidance and access to research within the decision trees enhanced the learning process.

3. Standardization and quality at speed delivered incremental value for clients.
